志摩地中海村に宿泊した際にランチで利用させていただきました。
家族で伺い、私はコースでパサイヤとワインのペアリングを注文。
写真撮り忘れましたが、ワインはグラスで6種類いただきました。
特に印象的だったのはNEIROという北海道産のワインで魚介類と非常によく合う白ワインでした。
料理はどれも地産物が美味しく調理されていて満足できました。
この日はお盆明けで客入りは割と少なめだったこともあると思いますが、メニューにない注文（こどもがアレルギーあって食べられるものが限られているため）もその場で対応いただけて、しかもサービスしていただきました。
