志摩市にあるお芋スイーツのお店、コチラのスイーツをいただきました。
そのいただいたお菓子は特選ぎんこ芋、干し芋なんですが普通の干し芋のように蒸してから干すのではなく煮てから干して作っているということで、ねっとりした食感で凝縮されたようなお芋の甘み、旨みがすごく強く感じられてすごく美味しかったです。
