志摩市内にて・・・
この日は志摩市でお仕事、ついでに食べログ活動(^^♪
先日、志摩市のお客さんから電話が有った。機械の調子が悪いので見てほしい・・・との事。
自宅から1時間以上かかる場所だけど、お客さんからの連絡だと断るわけにもいかない(>_<)
まあ、最近志摩まで行っていないから、食べログ活動でもするか？？
訪問するのは昼からと言う事にして、まずは最近のお店をチェック！！
見つけ出したのがこのお店！！
訪問したのは平日の午前11：30頃。勿論、事前に営業をしているのかチェック済み(^^♪
お店の場所は、国道260号線沿い神明地区。先日訪問した担々麺の「きんせい」のすぐ近く。
駐車場は店舗の前に5～6台分ほど。
車を停めて中に入ると先客は1組。
私はお一人様なのでカウンター席に着席、メニューを拝見！！
選んだのは「Pastaランチセット＠1,540」。
待っている間に店内を観察。座席はカウンター席とテーブル席。全部で15～6人は入れそう。
未だ、Openして間が無いので店内が綺麗だし、お洒落な感じ(^^♪
待つ事10分弱、順番に出されたのが写真の物。
「Pastaランチ」・・・私が選んでいたのは牡蠣とアサリ、あおさ海苔のパスタ。
これには前菜、パン、ドリンクが付く。
「前菜」・・・生ハム、あおさのキッシュ、マッシュドポテト、サラダ等が付く。キッシュはあっさり。
「Pasta」・・・パスタ自体は生で平打ちタイプ。もっちりと仕上がりしっかり目の食感。
クリームソースの分量が多くて、一緒に出されたフォカッチャにつけて食べると美味(^^♪
ソース自体は結構な塩味。牡蠣、あさりの分量も多いが、Pasta自体は少ない。
最後に出たコーヒーはブレンド。お口がさっぱりとなる。
志摩地区では珍しいイタリアンのお店。此れから頑張って続けて下さい。
