やぶっちゃの湯とも繋がった食事処『どんど』
風呂上がりに利用しました。
メニューは豊富
麺や丼、定食に鰻まであります。
その中でピンときたのが
『田舎小鉢12品盛り』
注文するとすぐに配膳されました
この早さは作り置きかレンチンか。
温くあるべきものは温かかってので
作り置きとレンチン両方だと思います。
レンチンでもレトルトではなく、きとんと手作りされた物の温め直しなので問題ありません。
そこまで求めてないので早いほうがいい。
定食は小鉢12品にご飯、味噌汁、コンニャクの刺身。
コンニャクを入れたら、おかず13品！
おかずの種類が多ければ多いほど
嬉しくなるのはなぜだろう。
栄養素も色々とれて健康に良さそうな定食です。
小鉢はどれもハズレなし。
温かいほうが美味しい物は温かく(レンチン)
冷たいほうが美味しい物は冷たい。
１番美味しかったのは小鉢12品とは別の
コンニャクの刺身。酢味噌の味がいいから？
味噌汁はなめこ汁、ご飯も美味しいので
栄養だけでなく味も文句無しの定食でした。
お店は入浴施設のおまけに併設された感じではない。
高級感も少しあり、窓からの景色もいい。
