お隣の名張市にあるカレーとラーメンの人気店の2号店らしい。
2階建ての2階にあるので事前情報なしでは入りづらい。
2階に上がっても中の様子が窺えない。
入るとカフェのような設え。
先客は1組。出る頃には５組くらいになった。
メニューのいちばん上に記載の「とんこつ白湯」と「チャーシュー丼」のセットを注文。
「とんこつ白湯」はラー油か焦がしニンニク油を入れるか選べ、後者に。
スープは秀逸。粘度は少なくサラサラ。エグ味、臭みはない。塩味は少な目な味はしっかり。焦がしニンニク油もいいアクセント。
無農薬の北海道産小麦100%の細麺、たまたまなのが少し柔らかかった。もう少しカタメの方がいいのに。
肩とバラのチャーシューもレベル高い。
チャーシュー丼はチャーシューをサイコロ状にカットしたものがゴロゴロ。甘めのタレがいい意味でクセがあった。
近いうちに違うメニューをいただきに再訪したい。
カレーも食べてみたい。
