今回初めて名張方面に。以前から伊賀牛と言えばこちらのお店の印象があり、別店舗があるということで予約して訪問。
子供がいるため1階ではなく、2階の座敷席に。すき焼きとバター焼きがお薦めということで、すき焼きも気になったのですが、バター焼きを注文。ヒレ肉ロースを使用しているそうで、お肉が柔らかかったです。バターの風味と大根おろしのサッパリした味わいとお肉からの旨味も染みこんで野菜も美味しかったです。霜降りが少なく、バランスが良く、本当にお肉が美味しかったです。
接客も子供の対応含めて心遣いに本当に感謝です。おかげで食事をゆっくり楽しむことができました。次回は是非すき焼きを食べてみたいと思いました。
