予約して行きましたが、空いていました。
すき焼き（7700円）を頼みました。
非常に美味しかったです。
伊賀牛ですが強く、柔らかいです。ジューシーに感じますが、脂の嫌な後味もないです。
味付けは醤油と砂糖のみ。
砂糖の濃さは伝えれば好みの濃さにしてくれます。
肉がうまいので、煮込まれる野菜、豆腐などもとても美味しくなります。特に白滝は各種の旨みが凝縮して味が染みており、非常に美味しいです。
ご飯はおひつから盛ってくれます。おひつの中にご飯がある限りおかわりできます。
非常に美味しく、是非再訪したいお店です。
