京都以上に古都を感じさせてくれる店。2年半前仙台に赴任し、よく通った店です。コの字型のカウンターを美人女将か1人で仕切ります。
料理は奥で作られます。
店のルールは、お酒一杯につき美味しいお通しがついてきて、一杯千円前後。一杯目はお通しは漬物。2杯目は美味しい豆腐。3杯目はおでん。4杯目は飲んだことがないのでわかりません。よく、二軒目の締めに使ってました。
お酒は、季節によりますが、浦霞、高清水、ビール、ぬる燗。
お通しの他にもメニューはあり、日本酒に合う料理が用意されています。自分はまず海老味噌。日本酒にとにかく合う。絶妙に冷えたお酒に合う。
次のオーダーは目光の一夜干し。いわきで食べた時より美味い。結局、いつも同じものを食す。

2年半ぶりに行って女将さん覚えてくれて、一品サービス、目光一本多め有難い。
