東北三大祭り09 「うまい鮨勘一番町支店」さんで一杯♪仙台での自由散策時間は14時半から2時間半、時間を持て余すのは分かっていたので
中休みしない寿司屋を探して一杯です。
いつものようにハイボールで始めます。
付き出しを頂きます。
枝豆と河豚の煮凝りです。
アルコール消毒液が時代を物語っています。
刺し盛り 二人前 3,740円 特注でいいところを少しだけ頂きました^^
ボタンエビ、これがほんのり甘くてヤバイ旨さです。
本マグロのトロ、これもなかなかいいトロでして、絹のような舌触り。
烏賊の種類は不明ですが、さくっとした歯応えの旨いイカです。
アジもしっかりうまいヤツです。
白身はスズキだったような気がします。
このマグロも上等です～！
鯵のナメロウ お値段失念。
これは、紺青たちが思っていたナメロウとは違いましたが、美味い～。
煮穴子のつまみ お値段不明
フワフワな煮アナゴ、旨いですね！
キューリを多めでお願いしたので、たっぷりいただけます。
新子 時価
なんと、今年は食べていなかった新子をここで頂ける幸せ、たまりません。
関東と同じ九州産だそうで、時期的に少し大きなっていますので2匹付です。
すじこ これも美味しいヤツです。
炙りサバ 187円らしいです。
連れはすぐに食べずに貯めていたので1枚パシャリ。
ホタテの磯辺焼き
軽く炙ってあるホタテ、最高です！
香ばしくて、たまりません。
帰りの新幹線用に折(弁当)を作っていただきます^^
