今日は月イチの通院日……この1ヶ月は結構飲み歩きも
したので計量の減少快進撃も残念ながらストップ(´･_･`)
もうこれ以上は自分のキャパでは底だと自覚します。
女医との面談も数値上がって何とか正常の範囲キープも
前回より悪化で、これ以上飲み歩くなと叱責( ´•д•` ;)
やはり自分には減量は性にあわないと女医に告白……
「そりゃ、そうだろうね」
言葉にしませんが、雰囲気で悟り容認して貰いました。
と言うことで、早速仙台駅に移動し、お腹空いたので
ランチ兼昼飲みで新幹線口横の「牛タン利休」さん!!

まず生ビールで乾杯!!く～、この一杯が美味い(๑•̀ •́)و✧
途中から定食なので日本酒にスイッチです!!牛タン焼き
の提供はやはり早い……今回は芯たんの極定食にします。
内容は牛タン焼き、漬物、小鉢、テールスープ、麦飯に
デザート……まずは牛タン食べますが、く～、やっぱり
極なると全部美味い(*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑この時間あと10時間続け……
やっぱり利休は安定して美味い、ご馳走様でした～♪
