仙台駅のビルの中、牛タン通りに連ねるこちらのお店
仙台に来たということで外せないのは牛タン
私は定番の牛タン定食を
3枚6切にしましたがいっぱい食べる人にとっては少し物足りないかもしれませんね
味は塩と味噌で選べますが今回は塩に
流石仙台、肉厚な牛タンの口に入れた時のボリューム感が最高です
思わずご飯が進んでしまいますね
付け合わせも最高ですし、なによりこのスープも美味しい
スープの中にもお肉が入ってい優しいいい味が出ています
友人は極定食のしていて、一切れ交換して食べたのですが極みは名前の通りどこか格が違うように感じました
口に入れた時のとろけ方が極みの方が上品に感じました
極みの方が少し値は張りますが、少し贅沢してもいいかもしれないですね
仙台の牛タン、やっぱりいいですね
