Toshihisa is located on Gyutan Street just outside the Shinkansen ticket gate at Sendai Station. There was a line of people with suitcases, and we were able to enter the store after waiting about 15 minutes. I ordered a salty beef tongue set meal and a miso flavored beef tongue set meal. Both were soft, chewy, and delicious. As it is a popular store, there are Toshihisa's all over town, so if you have time to go outside the station, I think it is a good idea to go to restaurant where you can enter without waiting.
