こちはのお店は創業して約30年の老舗ピッツェリアです。
恐らく仙台の中で本格的なナポリピッツァを提供した専門店は、こちらが初なのではないでしょうか。
仙台に住んでいた頃に行きたいと思いつつもタイミングを逃してしまい行けず仕舞い、ずっと心に秘めていた一店です。
平日の夜の開店時間ちょうどに訪問したため先客は無し、
朗らかな店主に迎え入れて頂きました。
[サラダ 880円]
葉物野菜の他にスプラウトやミニトマト、飾りにんじんやスライスしたパルメザン等も使われた彩り良いサラダです。
ドレッシングの酸味と甘みの塩梅といい、前菜としてとても食べやすい一皿でした。
[マルゲリータ 1870円]
せっかく来れたのだから···と、あれもこれもと食べたくなりますが、あいにくこの日はお一人様だったため、オーソドックスなマルゲリータを選択。
ゆっくりじっくり薪窯で焼いているのを待つ時間は、なんとも穏やかな気持ちになりますね( *´艸｀)
ほんとコレ、ヒーリング効果ありません？
そんな心の中まで癒されたタイミングでマルゲリータのご登場。
トマトソースもモッツァレラチーズもたっぷり。
生地のミミ部分の焼き上がり具合と言い、香りと言い、食べる前から美味しいのが丸分かりです。
こちらの店主は食材を国産品にこだわっていて、小麦粉も然り、
だからなのか、小麦の風味をしっかり楽しめる生地です。
ミミの部分なんて、正にご馳走です。
その風味と調和するような仕上がりのトマトソースは、ジューシーでフレッシュさも感じる味わい。
薄ーい生地にたっぷりあしらわれていて重量感はあるのだけど、味わいに重さは感じないのでとても食べやすいのが魅力です。
店主のお人柄やお店の雰囲気、ピザが焼き上がるまでの穏やかな時間と美味しいナポリピッツァで心身共に元気になりました(^ー^)
