仙台トラストタワー内にある仙台牛焼肉の名店。
今回のタン、特選盛り合わせ4種、炙りユッケ、いずれも過去食べた霜降り和牛の中でも最高レベルに美味しく、いくら食べても食べ疲れずもたれない脂はもはや和牛の概念が変わるレベルだった。
特選系のメニューは全て美味しいと思うので、複数の味が楽しめる盛り合わせは本当に頼んで良かった。また味は塩と山葵醤油から選べるが、個人的には山葵醤油が大当たり。
更に締めに頼んだ冷麺まで本当にクオリティが高い。全室個室でサービスも良く間違いなく名店。
