仙台出張時は牛タンランチを食べたいところですが、どこで食べるかが問題。仙台駅S-Pal内の青葉亭はなかなかの穴場。地下１階で奥まったところにあり気が付きにくいが、サービスと雰囲気は上々。味も、目の前でガンガン焼き上げており食をあおる味付け。ご飯もお代わりOKとのことで、ガッツリ行きたい方でも問題なし。気に入りました。

今日は、大麦牛ステーキセットをいただきます。
カウンターに座り、目の前でステーキを焼いていただき、ガッツリいただきました。
肉の油がほんのりまろやかで口当たりが爽やかな感じ。
満足です。
