仙台駅ビルのS-PAL地下1階。仙台伝統の味である牛たんをモダンにアレンジし、ひと味違った新感覚の料理を味わうことができます。店内はカフェのようなカジュアルな雰囲気で、女性の方お一人でも利用しやすいです。 |
前回伺った伊達の牛タンさんが、満席で並んでいたちめ、こちらにチャレンジ。平日ランチタイムに4名で滑り込みました。
牛タン定食1人前6切、左柚子胡椒と右塩のハーフハーフ、2360円。スーパードライ中600円。
柚子胡椒は程よく効いており、柔らかく香ばしさもあり、美味。テールスープはあっさり。牛タン通りは混んでいるのでやっぱりエスパル地下はオススメです。
