仙台に日帰り出張。新幹線の１時間前に仙台駅に到着。昼食は車の中で弁当だったから腹も減ったし、なんか不完全燃焼だ。
せっかく仙台まで来たのだし、ありきたりだが牛タンでも食べて帰ろう。牛タン通りというだけあり、牛タンを食べさせるお店が沢山軒を連ねてる。
その中で選んだのは喜助。まずは東北ホップのサッポロビールで喉を潤したい。牛タン単品にしようかと思ったが、特切り厚焼定食にとろろを追加。とろろは別注文な所は注意が必要だ。
肉質は牛タン特有の歯応えと柔らかさが特徴。特切り厚焼にして良かったかも。牛テールスープも美味しかった。それなりの金額だったが、仙台に来たら牛タン代は必要経費だと思うしかないでしょう。
