牛たんモツ煮込みは、柔らかく煮込まれた牛たんとモツが沢山入ってる。コクがあって味わい深い

綺麗にサシの入った牛たん
たたきだから色合いも鮮やか、新鮮な牛たんだから食感も良い、柚子の香りがする特製ポン酢でいただけは、こりゃお酒がススムすすむ(笑)

めっちゃ美味しかった
勿論、焼きは文句なしに美味しいんだけど、たまにはたたきも良いよね
