何度も来ている。
決まって注文は、「チャーシューもも肉そば煮卵入り麺少な目とチャーハン」だ。
みずさわ屋はラーメンはもちろんうまいのだが、チャーハンがガチで激うま。
ラーメン屋のチャーハン最高峰と言っていいと思う。
・ラーメン
1つのラーメンとして完成されている。噛み応えある小麦麺。アツアツなみなみスープ。
煮卵は不思議な香辛料の香りする味付けで、スープと一体ではなく独立した味付けになっているがまとまっている。アクセントとして最高。
トロトロばら肉チャーシューメンもあるが、私は断然もも肉。ぶりぶりっとした噛み応えで、噛めば噛むほど味が出る。スープとの相性抜群。
・チャーハン
ちょっと茶色いチャーハンに紅ショウガが添えてある。紅ショウガを一緒に炒めてないのがポイントだ。チャーシューゴロゴロたまんねぇ。
単品の場合スープが付いてくる。
蓮華に山盛りすくい紅ショウガを少々のせる。パクリ。うまっ。濃い目の味付け。なんの調味料？しらん、とにかくうまい。紅ショウガ超合う。
そしてラーメンスープで流し込む。後味、最高。
「中華そば」という注文が飛び交う中、愛子交通の運ちゃんが「チャーハンください」だとよ。最高だよあんた。
チャーハンパクリ→スープずず→麺ずずず→チャーシューむしゃむしゃ→チャーハンパクリ
夢の時間一瞬で終了。
帰りに向かいのファミマでアイスコーヒーと一服。勝ちだ。
