どうしても来てみたかったお店のひとつ。
カウンターの雰囲気も女将さんの気配りも素敵です。
頼んだのはツマミと寿司がセットのだて。
女将さんによると、お寿司の量を減らしてツマミを変更することもできるそうです。
まず出てきたのはお刺身。おぉ、1人分でこの量はなかなか！
アジの味が濃い。マグロもとろける美味さ。
煮ホタテも旨みが強い。刺身を堪能しながら飲むビールが最高。
そして、次は茶碗蒸し。
この日はノドグロの茶碗蒸しとのことでした。
ほぼ、ノドグロのお出汁。口いっぱいにノドグロが広がります。
途中でカボスを絞って味変。爽やかさup、でもノドグロ負けてません（笑）
さらに鰻。こちらは石巻産で海で採れるうなぎとのこと。
おぉ、なんと身がしまってる。
鰻はふかふかで脂身の多いイメージがありますが、鰻ってこう言う味なのかと思わせるほど味が濃い。
そして、ようやく寿司登場。
女将さんオススメの塩アナゴを入れてくれました。
普通はツメが多いと思いますが、塩とは珍しい。
フワッとして滑らかで口の中で解けるアナゴ。くぅ、うまい。
ウニもまったく臭みがなくて濃厚です。
そして、マグロは王道。赤シャリとベストマッチ。
いやはや、大満足でした。
