初日の仕事も無事に終わり楽しみにしていた仙台ナイト♪ 百名店となっているこちらの寿司屋さんを予約しておきました。予約時間にうかがうと、先客さんが1組。
カウンターに着席してまずは生ビールで喉を潤わせましょう。お通しのいい蛸と共にいただきます。この日はつまみと鮨のコース（13,200円）をお願いしておきました。
コースの内容は以下の通りでした。

鉄火巻き
魚介の多くは石巻で水揚げされたものが中心なのだそうです。つまみの中ではあん肝、牡蠣、本かわはぎが特に美味しかったでしょうか。あん肝には奈良漬のみじん切りも入っていて、いい歯ごたえでした。
牡蠣もプルプル食感でサイズも大ぶりで◎。本かわはぎは噛むと跳ね返るようなしっかりした歯ごたえで、淡白と思いきや噛むほどに旨味があふれていました( ＾∀＾)
鮨の中では鯛、イワシ、鉄火巻きが特に気に入りました。イワシの鮨というのもあまり食べる機会がないので、思わず最後におかわりをしました( ＾∀＾) 鉄火巻きの海苔がパリパリで食べるといい音がなっていました笑
お酒はビールの後は宮城のお酒をいただきました。ほろ酔い気分となり、満足な鮨ナイトとなりました。ごちそうさまです！
