I went to Sendai on a business trip today, and visited this restaurant for lunch. When I visited before, it seemed to be fully booked, and I couldn't enter. It was my second time trying, but I was able to enter for the first time. The menu was nigiri, and there were several options other than the course, but I chose the Sendai menu. I didn't know how many pieces the plan included, so I chose this plan, which was somewhere in the middle. The menu consisted of: ・Sweet shrimp with kelp ・Ink squid ・Aged flaky ・Lightly pickled tuna in salted crust ・Kesennuma swordfish ・Pickled horse mackerel ・Sagoshi marinated in salt and vinegar and aged for about a week ・Grilled surf clam ・Matsushima conger eel with salt ・Dashimaki egg ・Dried gourd roll ・Arajiru sea bream The menu was as follows. Everything was delicious, but I particularly liked the aged flaky flaky, which had a taste that showed the aging. The sagoshi was also well marinated and had a deep flavor. The fish soup was delicious and easy to eat, with large pieces of sea bream in it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good, and the instructions were explained carefully one by one, so it was very delicious. After about two pieces were served, the staff asked if the size of the rice was okay, which made for a pleasant meal. Next time, I would like to visit with a colleague from Sendai for a course meal. Thank you very much.
