以前は今の店の近くで蓑寿司分店として営業していたが、本店に暖簾を返して？自分の名前を名乗って営業しているようだ。ここは毎年2回前後の訪問。行った時期が同じということで今回は他に投稿されているloropianaさんの詳細な口コミとほぼ同じ内容。いかにも夏メニューといった感じだったが、個人的には寒風沢のアワビとシンコが印象的。確かにウニは殻のままで出され見た目に豪快だったが、甘み、旨みは今一つでの印象。時期的に仕方ないが、噴火湾のマグロもまだまだ味は淡白。ここはすし蓑などと比較することになるが、大きな違いはここは寿司を食べるとこ、すし蓑はつまみも充実していてお酒をおいしく飲むところという感じ。江戸前の仕事には必ず賛同せず、素材のいいものはそのまま・・が親方の考え、マグロのづけなどは邪道？として行わないそうだ。それがたたってか魚が生臭い。ある意味、田舎の港町の寿司にどんどん近くなっているのが残念、かつては御代は20000前後だったが、最近は２万はオーバー確実、１．７のすし蓑より高く銀座並みとCPはかなり微妙。カードも使えない。主人のトークは賛否両論だが、寿司に対する真摯な姿勢が伺えていて嫌いではないが・・。
