まず、魚へのこだわり半端ねぇッス。
昼は予約をすれば営業してくれます。今回は一人、貸し切りで親方とゆっくり話し、寿司ネタの勉強もさせてもらい最高贅沢な時間をいただきました！！
煮きりは無し。醤油もできるだけ少量。わさびも少しだけ。
これだけだと？？？となるけど全ネタそのままで旨い！逆に無しがいい！
一貫ずつゆっくり噛んでると口のなかでネタのうまみが広がりまたなくなる時の余韻が感動的な甘みで終わる。素晴らしい寿司でした。
また、昼にいくので魚の変態を楽しませていただきたい。
寿司好きなら経験する価値あり。
