I had to go to Sendai today for a meeting I had suddenly arranged yesterday, so I decided to eat something delicious there, so I got on the 8:37 Shinkansen from Tokyo early in the morning and went to Katsusei for the first time in four years before the 13:00 meeting. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:40 and there were three customers in front of the restaurant. The line of customers was growing one after another from about five minutes before the opening, and I entered the restaurant at exactly 11:00. I sat at the right end of the counter and ordered a bottle of beer and pork loin cutlet, thinking that I had sat in the same seat last time. After 10 minutes of munching on the bamboo shoots that came with the dish and sipping my beer, the long-awaited special pork loin cutlet arrived!! It had a thin, crispy, firm batter. It was not too fatty and was very juicy and delicious with plenty of meaty flavor!! It felt like an old-fashioned pork Pork Cutlet. And for this quality, it was incredibly cheap!! It was too good value for money! (´▽｀) It was very delicious this time as well! It was worth taking the early morning bullet train (^^) But the chef is already quite old, so please continue to take care of yourself and stay healthy! I'll definitely come again the next time I come to Sendai!! (*^^*) Anyway, I've built up my stamina, so I'll do my best in the meeting! More importantly, I've made a reservation for Sushi tonight, so I'm looking forward to it (っ ॑꒳ ॑c)
