仙台出張中、お客さんにお願いして連れて行ってもらった仙台の有名とんかつ店、かつせいへ。
夜営業していないので、なかなか訪問することが出来ずようやく訪問出来ました。
店内に入りメニュー確認すると、今の時代でもロースかつ定食1000円で提供しているのもありがたい。
しかし、折角来たので特ロースかつ、ご飯、味噌汁の単品注文にしました。
待っている間カウンター席なので、年配のマスターが一生懸命調理しているのが見えて
その丁寧な仕事に感動しながら待っていると
ロースカツ定食よりかは一回り大きい特ロースかつ定食配膳されました。
特ロースかつはお肉の厚みもバッチリで衣もしっかりと揚げであり美味しいです。
そのまま食べてもGOOD、塩とソース両方楽しんだけど塩が断然美味しいです。
ポテトサラダも美味しいし、ご飯もうまく炊けてるのが良いですね。
自分的になめこ汁がちょっと薄く感じけど、全体的に美味しく大満足でした。
