年末に嫁氏と旅行で仙台へ
目的はサウナシュランランクインのスパメッツァ仙台。サウナで整ってから、此方へ。完璧な導線
なお、此方のお店に初めて訪れたのは10年以上前。仙台国際ハーフマラソンの前日に友人と訪問し、虜になった。予約は1ヶ月前からなので、キッチリ1ヶ月前に確保
さて、此方の名物といえばタン焼きとタンたたき。それらとツマミをオーダーして、乾杯。この日のお通しは鯛の刺身。今まではマグロだったと思うけど、どちらにしてもお通しのクオリティが高すぎる
まずはタン焼き。そのデカさと厚さに、嫁氏ビビる。ブリンブリンの食感で美味い
揚げだし豆腐など一品料理も見事で、酒がすすむ
そして、タンたたき。ネギに覆われたタンを口にした嫁氏の発言「優勝だわ…」タンのやわらかさが凄い。焼き→たたきのコンボも最強
大満足で退店。仙台来訪時は必ず行きたいお店。ご馳走様でした
