仙台の知り合いが予約してくれてたお店です。カウンター席とテーブル席１つ、小上がりのテーブル２つのこじんまりしたお店を大将と数人の若いアルバイトが切り盛りされています。メニューはタン以外にも取り揃えていて、タンだけは追加注文出来ませんとの事でした。
早速運ばれてきた牛タンのサイズにびっくりです。厚切りなのに柔らかい！塩加減も絶妙です。ワサビをつけて味変します。それ以上に柔らかいのがタタキです。口のなかでとろけます。ポン酢とネギがサシの脂を調和して美味です。大将のこだわりが見えますね。ちなみに珍しく喫煙可なお店です。
