噛み切れる柔らかさでありながら
肉厚でジューシー
牛タンて、普段焼き肉屋さんで食べているが
つるのさんの牛タンは別格

こちらも美味しい
さっぱり食べれる、そして酒のアテに最高
トマトサラダは
大将の技がつまった逸品
薄くスライスされ、ドームのようになった
トマトは甘味が増し、ドレッシングとよく合う
