昭和39年から札幌で人気を集めるラーメン店。
新幹線の時間まで少し持て余していたため駅から足を伸ばしてみました。
ラーメンにおいて味噌はあんまり食べないのですが、ここへ来て味噌を食べないという選択肢はありません。
野菜の甘みがうまい具合にマッチしたとても美味しいスープが魅力の二重マルな一杯でした。
ちょっと脂っこい炒飯はチャーシュー、卵、ネギだけのシンプルな作りですがパラッとしていて食べやすく、かつボリューミーな一杯。こちらも美味しかったです。
