この界隈は割と歩くことが多いのだけど…
結び、はてな、桜木製麺所、中華亭分店、
坦々麺たかはし、竹竹、横綱、BIGなど
ラーメン激戦区なこともあって…
立ち寄ることなく時が過ぎ
おそらく10年以上ぶりの訪問だと思う
13:30頃で店内誰もおらず
独特な数字プッシュ券売機は変わらず
商品構成はだいぶ変わったねー
久しぶりだからコレにしよ↓

仕事中なのでニンニクは自粛
塩はニンニク合わないと書いてあったしね
入れたい場合は先に申告するシステム
お水セルフも昔のまま
カウンターにはパーティションあり
とろみのある濃厚スープ
レンゲは昔からないので丼からすする
しょっぱうまい系
まろやかで美味しいじゃないか
太麺は長さ短めのもちもちタイプ
もう少しカタメが好みかな
ヤサイは控えめですな
チャーシュー1枚は大きめ
以前はもっと尖った商品だった…
時を経てまるくなったイメージ
次は淡麗系を食べてみよう
