昨年末の平日に、焼肉屋の「バリバリ青葉通り店」を初訪問。1981 年創業の歴史のあるお店で、月〜金の平日ランチがお得に食べられるとのことで伺ってみました。
店内はシックな内装に4〜6人掛けのテーブル席で構成され、小さな音量で ジャズが流れ、落ち着いた雰囲気のお店でした。一人で座席に座るのは申し訳なく感じましたが、他の客も一人利用が殆どでしたので気にならなくなりました。

まずは麺が伸びないように、ハーフカルビラーメンから食べることに。
赤みがかったスープ は牛の出汁のおかげで、マイルドで上品な辛さになり、底に潜んでいたカルビはトロトロ食感で旨みがたっぷり。さすが焼肉屋の肉だと思いました。溶き卵も優しい味わいで、全体的には程よい辛さと肉の旨みがおいしいスープでした。
麺は中太 ストレートのもちもち食感で、それなりに腰があり好みの麺でした。
この スープと麺であるならば、次回は ハーフサイズではなく、単品の カルビラーメン (999円)を食べてみたいと思えるほど、おいしかったです。
お腹が落ち着いたところで、焼肉へ。
ハラミが ４切れ。脂身が少なく柔らかいが肉肉しい！ 最近こういう肉が食べやすくなってきました。
焼肉のタレもさっぱり目でご飯が進みます。
そして何よりも、ゆっくり マイペースで肉を焼くことができて楽しかったです♪
この店は女性店員さんの接客が小慣れており、常連さんと談笑する雰囲気も良く、とても心地の良い空間で食事ができました。
束の間の時間でしたが、楽しい焼き肉ランチになりました。ご馳走様でした。また伺わせて頂きます！
