年始は挨拶回りの毎日。
しかし夜の予定は特になし。
忘年会シーズンとは違い、新年の夜の街は閑散としています。
今年も勢いよくスタートダッシュを決めるため？焼肉で
新年会をする事と致しました。
訪問前に3,800円呑み放題付を予約し、早速突入です。
店内はテーブル席が並んでいます。
この日の客層は女性が多かったですね。
特筆すべきは服や髪の毛に全くニオイが付かなかった事。
これは素晴らしいの一言であります。
さて、生ビールで乾杯し、一品目のキムチをパクリ。
程よい辛さと甘さが同居するキムチは、次の一口を誘いますね。
コースのお肉は厚切りのカルビ、ハラミ、ロースが一人当たり
二枚づつ供されました。
カルビは脂が乗っていて、皆が好んで食べておりました。
私は肉っぽい噛み応えのロースが一番気に入りました。
タレは一種、甘口のタレであります。
ここにコチュジャンを足して辛さ調節しました。
途中、呑み放題のマッコリを何度も甕で注文。
いやー、がぶ飲み状態であります。
サニーレタスのサラダを食べ、ホルモンを良く焼いて食べました。
ここでお肉が無くなったので、若干追加注文。
両面「5秒」炙って食すお肉（正式名ど忘れ）は、とてもとても
柔らかく、いくらでも食べることが出来そうです。
私的には、8秒づつ炙りました。
5枚で1,200円だから、少々値が張りますね。
もう一品はカルビ切り落とし2.5人前（300g）900円。
切り落としなのでスジがあったり脂が不均一という点は気に
しないで食べましょう。
確かに、カルビであります。
最期にビビンバ、冷麺が出て終了。
どちらも美味しいけれど、特に冷麺のスープが美味しかったなぁ。
あのスープがあれば、マッコリが何杯でも呑めますね。
満腹、大満足の焼肉新年会となったのでありました。
美味しいことは、良いことだ。
今年も一年、頑張るぞ！
