All of the Sendai beef we sell is purchased in bulk from Kato Butcher Shop. We carefully select the Sendai beef that we buy whole by our professional connoisseurs and serve you the most delicious part of the day. Being able to deliver authentic quality at a reasonable price is a strength unique to a butcher shop. Instead of using warishita for sukiyaki, they use a secret sauce made by cooking local sake, soy sauce, and sugar to the perfect degree and letting it sit for over three weeks. Please enjoy the taste that has remained unchanged since our founding, created by our predecessors and passed down for over 50 years.
