お肉屋さんが経営する良質なすき焼き屋さん
すき焼きかとうさんは、もうだいぶ以前からお世話になっています。
北四番丁通り（酒造会館付近）から南へ一歩入った上杉にありま
すが、お昼には格安なランチもありますよ。
いつもお願いする「すき焼きランチ」は1,050円。
お肉の質はですねぇ・・・・良い意味での吉野家牛丼のお肉を、
もっともっと贅沢且つうまみたっぷり、やわらかにした感じ。
お肉の他にネギ、しいたけ、糸こん、たけのこになぜかアスパラ。
アスパラは細いもので、彩りなのかなぁ？
美味しくいただけました！
それとお薦めは、隣接する「ミートショップかとう」さんの惣菜である
「メンチカツ」！土曜日なんかはお昼頃までに行かないと、
ソールドアウトしちゃいます！！！（1ヶ150円位かな）
このメンチは、普通のメンチじゃありません、ちょっと高いですが、
一度ご賞味ください。
１日に何度も揚げないので、すぐになくなっちゃいますよ。
これで何度も土曜日に悔しい思いをしています。

県庁の北側に位置する「かとう」さんへ。
隣接する、かとう精肉店の直営店だから牛肉の質は
ハイクォリティなんですね。
平日のお昼ですが、ご年配の淑女やシルバーご夫婦
などで結構な人気ぶりでした。
●特すき焼膳 オーダー！
「生玉子はサービス致しますが、いかがなさいます
か？」とお声がけ。
そりゃ頂きまんがな～ ねぇ？(笑)
配膳された一品は、ご覧のと～り。
薄くカットされた仙台牛、ねぎ、椎茸、筍、木綿焼き
豆腐、しらたき、青菜の内容。
それに、ブロッコリーと糸コンのおかず。
仙台牛の質は、やはりいいですね～
脂身が適度で、口に入れるとほど良い食感。
それに脂がいい感じで玉子と溶け合って、口の中で
いい味にスパークして変化する。
味付けは、ちょっとだけ濃いめかな？
まぁ、自分には大丈夫な範囲です。
味噌汁も漬物も美味しいし、文句ありません。
家族が減って、自宅では数年すき焼きをしていない
から余計に美味しく感じたかもね～(笑)
ちょっとだけ、プチ贅沢なランチでした。
