お隣の 精肉店が営んでいる 老舗の 仙台牛専門店。
仙台でも 有名な すき焼き・割烹の お店です。
以前から 気になっていました。
宮城へ 帰省。
時間が出来たので 訪問する事に ♪
今回の 目的は もちろん “ 仙台牛の すき焼き ”
ランチメニューの “ すき焼き膳 ” 狙いです。
50年以上 受け継がれてきた 秘伝のタレと 宮城県特産の 仙台牛を 使った “ すき焼き ” は、古くから 多くの

12時半では 残念ながら あと 一歩 でした。
おしぼりと お茶が 用意されたので 帰ります が 言えなくなってしまった 小心者の私。
メニューと にらめっこ です。
そこで 見つけた 仙台牛の文字！
こちらを 楽しむ事に。
【牛生姜焼きランチ】

豚肉の代わりに 牛肉を使用した 生姜焼き ♪
初めて 頂きます。
しかも 牛肉は 最高ランク格付けの A5・B5 のみが 呼称を許される 国内屈指の 銘柄牛である “ 仙台牛 ” を 使用。
なんとも 贅沢な 気分を 味わえます。
お肉は 柔らかく 旨味が あります。
生姜焼き……と 言って 良いものか……。
すき焼きを 頂いている様な 気分にも なります。
生姜の風味と シャキッとした 玉ねぎの甘みで 食欲 up。
つやつやとした ご飯も美味しいですが、仙台味噌を 使った お味噌汁が 美味しかったです。
小鉢・香の物・デザート付き。
目的を達する事は 出来ませんでしたが お初 メニューに 満足感。
また ひとつ 仙台 美味しいものに 出会えました (◍ ´꒳` ◍)b
