ランチも本格的コース料理に！
ランチも提供スタイルが変わり、コース料理オンリーになっていました。
店内もスタイリッシュでエレガントな雰囲気にイメージチェンジ。お昼にも静かにゆっくりお食事が出来ます。でも、あまり時間が無い旨を話すと時間に合わせて早めにお料理を出してくれる対応も可能みたい。
ランチはメインが、お魚が2300円、お肉が3800円、両方が5000円の3種類。どちらもオードブル、スープ、プチフール、デザート、カフェ付き。
食材は主に地元の新鮮なものを使っているそう。私は頂かなかったけど、ワインの種類も豊富みたいです。
この日はお魚のコース。バターソースのさわらのソテーも苺のシャーベットも美味しかったけど、オードブルのサーモンが見た目も美しく1番気に入っちゃいました♡
