クリスマスディナー満足です
クリスマス連休賑わう仙台で何とか予約が取れ久しぶりの訪問です。クリスマス限定のコースのみと言う事でしたがとっても良かったです。東北の食材を使い、肉や魚を本当に堪能できる構成でした。川俣シャモのパロデーヌでフォアグラとシャモ肉のパロデーヌそして蕪の組み合わせに意外性を感じましたがこれがとっても良く合います。アワビに対してアサリの泡ソースの旨味ダブルも忘れがたかったし、フィレのポワレはローストビーフ以上に肉の旨味を引き出していたように思えました。家族でうっとりするような時間を過ごさせて頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。

誕生日だというので娘が家族4人全員招待してフレンチのコースをご馳走してくれました。料理ごとにカップリングのワインが提供されるので、こちらも私にとっては最高です。地元産の新鮮な野菜、魚介、肉と、宮城県の素晴らしさを余すことなく旬のもので提供してくれて、その美しさも見ての通りです。給仕してくれたスタッフさんの心遣いも非常に心地よく、家族の会話も楽しみながら素晴らしい時間を満喫させていただきました。この価格でこんなに優雅な時間を過ごすことのできるお店である事に感謝です。ご馳走様でした。
