12:00開店と同時に入店。
お店に入るとすぐ『メニューはお決まりでしょうか？』とのこと。
開店まで待っている間にメニュー表を頂いた人は、決まっているかもしれません。が、私は今来たばかりで決まっていなく(^-^;『まだです』と、席に向かいます。
食べログ用に、席の写真を撮り(これがいけなかったのか?!)まだコートを着ており椅子に座っていない状態で、再度『メニューはお決まりでしょうか？』とのことΣ(￣ロ￣lll)
1分前に聞かれたはず…デジャブ…。
写真撮ってないで、メニュー決めてってことよねきっと…。もっと優しく(とゆーかイライラしてない普通の口調で)聞いてほしいな…。と、メニューを決めて、他の店員さん(来てくれた)にオーダー。
ハンバーグセットで、と伝えると『どちらのでしょうかっ？』と、語気強めで聞かれまして(^-^;
なんだなんだ、この店員さんもイライラしてるのか?!何から選べるかわからずメニューを確認していると『○○と○○と○○がございますっ』とご案内して下さったのですが、語気強めに声量とイライラ度アップな言い方で、我々のテンションが大幅ダウン。。
友人と入りましたが、『食べたら他のお店に移動しよう…』と、早くお店を出ることにしました。
たまたま、ごきげん斜めだったのでしょう。
よりによって、2人とも。喧嘩したのかしら。
昔からよく利用させて頂き、今日は6年ぶりに訪問。が、これか…。

接客が素敵なお店にばかりお世話になってたから、今日のは衝撃的…。たまたまにしても…。
カトラリーは優しく置いたほうが上品だと感じた…怒ってるお母さんみたいになっちゃうから。
無表情で被せて話すのも、いかがなものかと。
その後、口調はソフトさを意識していると感じましたが、所作が伴わないと違和感があるものです。
あ、なんか生意気にスミマセン。
