電力ビルの地下には、”牛タン閣 電力ビル店” をはじめ、”扶餘 電力ビル店” など、いろいろ飲食店が集まっています。そんななか、夜は敷居の高そうな敷居の高そうな”LA PAIX” さんで高くないランチも提供しているようなので訪問しました
カウンターに座りメニューを眺めると「いわて短角牛ハンバーグ」（１１００円）、「薬膳サラダランチ」（１２００円）、季節のパスタランチは例えば「国産牛挽肉の赤ワイン煮込み ボロネーズ風」（９９０円）など魅力的なものが並びます。が、お店の人から、今日の日替りランチは鰆になります、と言われ、即決です
この日替りランチ、９９０円と千円を切っているにも関わらず、スープ・デザート・コーヒー付きと、しっかりしてます。しかもフレンチらしく、ナイフやフォーク、スプーンがやたら並びます。贅沢感がありますね
最初に出てきたのは、「ジャガイモの冷製スープ」。まだまだ暑い日が続く中、ひんやり冷たいスープは嬉しい
そして、ワンプレートでメインが提供。でも、ライスは雑穀を混ぜてあり、かつキチンと形を整えてくれています。少し固めで、好きな炊き上がりです
鰆は、しっとりとした焼き上がりで、淡白な味わいに感じました。カリカリになった皮の部分もあり、食感が変化して楽しいですね。マグロと同じ赤身の魚とは思えない、ふっくら、優しい味わいでした
付け合わせも、それぞれ美味しいです。一つのお皿にまとまっていますが、前菜・メイン・ライスが楽しめる内容でした
これで終わらないのがラべさんの凄いところ。食後にはデザートと珈琲が待っています。デザートはシャーベット、ケーキ２品。ミントの葉のアクセントや、ソースが美味しいのは流石。珈琲も香りをしっかり感じさせつつ、飲みやすいものでした
提供までに、そんなに時間もかからないし、ちょっとした時間で、贅沢気分を味わえるのが良いですね。パスタランチも試してみたいと思いました
