何度か食べたことのある店ですが、久しぶりに訪問しました。
冷麺目当てです。
暑いので生ビール！
ヱビスです。
お通しは居酒屋チェーンでよく出てきがちな、ごぼう、人参、レンコンのきんぴら。
ビールを飲み干した頃に冷麺の登場です。
辛味は入ってなく、酸味も弱いマイルドタイプ。
具は、ゆで卵、キュウリの千切り、りんごの千切り、大根キムチの千切りとちょっと貧弱。
麺はぴょんぴょん舎のようなゴムゴム麺でした。
以前はそば冷麺だったかと思います。
もうちょっと具がよいといいですね。
それから冷麺は金属の器に入ってくるのですが、金属の箸なので、おいしさを感じなくなりますね。
金属の擦れ合う音が苦手です。
