この日、仕事がひと区切りついたので、頑張った自分へのご褒美に、ホシヤマコーヒーでティータイム。カウンター席は素敵なカップが視野に入り癒されます。
フレンチトーストセットをいただきました。私はフランスのリモージュのカップのファン。リモージュは、ほんとはティーカップなのですが、お願いしたら、コーヒーをなみなみと入れてくださいました。
自家製の生食パンを使ったフレンチトーストは、ふわふわ、プティングのよう。
添えられたフルーツのイチゴとブルーベリーはどちらもフレッシュで、そのままでもソースとしても、美味しくいただけました。
カップも深みのあるコーヒーも大満足でした。
