S-PALの地下、レストラン街がリニューアルしてどれくらい経つでしょう？
リニューアルしたばかりの頃に、間違いなくここで食べた記憶があります。
それが今回お邪魔した「ITALICO」だったという記憶は残っていません…。
たぶんそうだと思うのですが…なので、ハツ訪問・ハツレビューとします。
パスタ、ピザ、肉(ハンバーグ)、オムライス、ランチのセットは4種でした。
ランチにはサラダとドリンクが付きました。僕は「パスタランチ」を選択。
値段は\880。この日は「ほうれん草ベーコンバター醤油スパゲッティ」です。
まず、サラダ、フレンチドレッシングがたっぷりです。ちょっと多すぎ。
こんな風にドレッシングが最初からかかっているお店が結構ありますが、
僕はいつも置いてあるだけで良いのに…と思う。自分で調整できた方が良い。
続いて「ほうれん草ベーコンバター醤油スパゲッティ」。具だくさんですね。
席の多いお店なので、茹で加減はあまり期待してませんでしたが、良かった！
芯が残った良い茹で加減のパスタ。ベーコンが多いので塩気は強く感じました。
が、ソースそのものが濃い訳ではなかったので、許容の範囲内です。
ほうれん草、ベーコンともに多い事で、簡単に帳消しされるレベルでした。
僕はランチメニューしか拝見してませんでしたが、単品の注文も良いみたい。
トム先輩が、ナポリタンを高評価されてました！次回はそれも検討します。
