優しくて落ち着く中華
お仕事ランチでホテルメトロポリタン2階の桃李さんへ。6種類の主菜から2種、主食も選べる平日のみのお得なランチセットにしました。
前菜の蟹大根と金柑が上品でいいお味でした。
先方は、蒸し鶏の胡麻ソースと、白身魚の豆豉香り蒸し。
私は、エビと筍と青菜の炒め。大きな容量薄味の塩味でとてもおいしかったです。
もう一つは、蟹と涌谷の豆腐の塩味煮込み。これもあんかけが優しくて、意外とボリュームがありました。
その他は、野菜のオイスター炒めや卵の辛味炒めなどがありました。選ぶのが楽しいですね。
点心は花咲いか焼売と、お肉ぎっしりの焼売。
この辺りで熱々のとろみのついた玉子スープが出てきてとても良いタイミングだと思いました。
主食はチャーハン、五穀米、焼きそばなどありましたが、私は麺少なめの焼きそばにしてもらいました。
カリカリおこげの麺に野菜たっぷりのあんかけが絡んでサイズもちょうど良く、満足です。
最後にデザートがシャーベット選べますが2人ともシャーベット。ラズベリーだったかな。さっぱりして爽やか。
仕事の話はしっかりとしましたが、おいしいランチをいただくのもしっかりと忘れず堪能させていただきました。接客も丁寧だし店内も広々として落ち着いており快適な食事ができました。美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。

ホテルメトロポリタン2階の中華、桃李さん。
久しぶりに2人でランチに伺いました。
平日限定のお得なランチ3種。
Aは海鮮で牡蠣のお料理、Bはお肉で塩野菜炒め、Cはお粥であさりのおかゆでした。
私はBランチ、もう1人はCランチに。
Bランチは、ごはん、スープ、サラダ、搾菜、デザートがつきます。
卵のスープはとろみがついて熱々。
メインのお肉と野菜の塩炒めは、油っこさはなく
塩味も控えめですがしっかり中華だしが野菜からも感じられておいしい。シャキシャキです。
Cランチのお粥はあさりの旨味が出て優しいお味。薬味や搾菜を足しながら楽しめます。
スープ、サラダ、メンマの小鉢、デザートがつきます。
点心も2種ついて来ました。肉焼売といか焼売。どちらもおいしかったそうです。
デザートは2人とも、きなこのプリン 黒みつがけ。きなこが練り込んであります。おいしい〜！
ポットサービスのお茶は、食後冷めてしまったら
ポットごと交換してくれます。
ホテルレストランですから当たり前と言えばそうですが、やはり接客・サービスがきちんとしていて気持ちがいいですね。
お店を出る頃には予約の方でほぼ満席。
こちらはいつも、お客さまの年齢層がお高めです。流石先輩方は皆さま静かでマナーが良いですね。落ち着いてお食事できました。
ロビーにも素敵なクリスマスツリーがお目見えしていました。
