It's a nice smell that reminds me of my trip to Taiwan. Is the soup lighter than last year? (I felt that it somehow became a milder taste closer to Japan) The large, tenderly stewed beef is delicious. There are a lot of chunks, and it is quite filling. You can choose thin noodles or flat noodles. This time I chose flat noodles. The noodles were Japanese noodles, not Taiwanese white flat noodles. The spiciness is adjusted with spices. I added a little spice to change the taste halfway through. I'm not very good with spicy food, but it was a fragrant and delicious spiciness.
