今日のランチはどうしようかな～？と歩いていると、
女性が立て続けにコッコちゃんへの階段を登っていくので後に続きました（笑）
本日の日替わりランチ、チキンソテー＆唐揚げ定食 700円に決定。
ランチタイムは分煙のようですね。GOODです（＾＾）
店内はテンポの速い歌謡曲が流れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気ではない（笑）
人気があるようで続々とお客さんがやって来て、帰る時には並んでる人もいました。
10分ほどで登場。
けっこうなボリューム。
さっそく、チキンソテーを。。。。美味い！！
予想よりずっと美味しい（笑）
胸肉だろうしと期待はしてなかったのですけど、
柔らかいし、なかなかジューシー。
生姜＆ニンニクのタレもGOOD。
対して、唐揚げは予想を下回った(´･ω･`)
1年前までなら合格点だったと思うのですが、
最近やってきた唐揚げブームで登場した唐揚げ達に比べると、
特になんの工夫も感じられず、しかも、ごはんのおかずとしては、
添えられてきたマヨネーズを付けなくてはならないくらい味が弱い。
皮を含めた脂身が少ないので余計にそう感じる。
肉の質は良いのにもったいない。
せっかくブームが来ていて、それに乗れる素養もあるだから、
ここみ亭 とかの唐揚げを参考にして、
「やみつき唐揚げ」を開発して頂きたい。
