This restaurant is located in the shopping district at the west exit of Sendai Station. Reservations are required during busy periods, but even though we went during Golden Week, there were still seats available for early seating without a reservation! When you think of Sendai, you think of grilled beef tongue! So we had a mix of salt and miso. The salt brings out the direct flavor of the tongue, while the miso has a strong, lingering flavor, so the mix was a great choice! We ordered the following yakitori. ・Shinrin chicken white liver ・Hatsumoto The white liver is very filling, with a high-quality texture that is fluffy at the end. It is rich like a paste, so if you like white liver, you should definitely try it! The hatsumoto is bouncy and springy, but the more you chew it, the more delicious fat oozes out. It's so fine that you'll want to keep eating it for the rest of your life! (Forgot to take a photo) There are also some other specialties. ・Shrimp sashimi → Juicy, thick, and bouncy texture! It's packed with shrimp miso, and the flavor is intense.・Teikyo-san's triangular fried tofu →If you come to Sendai, you must try this!
