土曜日の早い時間に訪問。
事前に電話連絡を入れると、最後の１テーブルぐらいな感じで予約を受けてくれました。
店内入りますと、手前にカウンター、その背面に半個室。そして、奥にテーブルが配置された大部屋と言う感じ。
リーズナブルな居酒屋とは一線を隔てた高級居酒屋と言ったところでしょうか。とは言え、単価は少し高いくらいですがサービス料10%が加算となっています。
奥のテーブル席に案内されます。
・刺身盛合せ
・たちぽん酢
・金華サバ焼き
・野菜焼き
・豚肉角煮
刺身盛り合わせは当然の鮮度抜群。ツブ貝のコリコリ感がGood！
たちぽん酢は三陸沖産かとおもったら北海道産だった。美味しいけど量はもうちょっと欲しかった。
金華サバ焼き。さすがの焼き加減。文句無く美味しい。
豚肉角煮は“てしごと”を感じる一品。美味しいですね、これは。
野菜焼きは、うーん、野菜だった。これが豚肉角煮よりも高いのはちょっと意味不明。野菜を焼くのも難しいですけどね。
お店は満席。
配膳スタッフさんは大忙し。
注文したドリンクはなかなか来ないし。
オーダー忘れてたときもあったし。
それで、サービス料を加算されるのはちょっとな〜。
サービス料を取るなら満足の行くサービスしないとね。
