過去のレビューを見て担々麺と麻婆豆腐のランチでもと思ったら、今はそんなのないのね笑。
月替わりのランチ、彩天、2800円をいただきました。
全体的に味付けはしっかり目で、ご飯もないから、これは昼から飲むときにちょうど良い感じだね。
冷菜は、海老とマグロとサーモンの青山椒ソース、海老は小さいけどしっとり系で幸先が良い。
水餃子は蟹入りって言ってたけど、食べるとニラの香りがフワッとして普通の家庭の餃子感。
スープはトロミがついていて、筍とキクラゲの食感がとても良いが、やっぱりちょっと味濃いな。
鱈の揚げたやつは衣がフワッと系でイマイチ。菜の花添えてあるのは季節感があって良いねー。
青椒肉絲はピーマンの香りが凄く良いし、サーチャーの味付けがくどくなくて良いが、ここでビール欲が最高潮に達するけどまだ仕事なので我慢。
餃子と焼売はまー普通だけど、やっぱりビール...
次のワンタンメンも、ここまでお酒飲んでたら〆のラーメンって感じで最高なのかもしれない。
そのくらい味濃いめ。
揚げネギかな？これが良いアクセントになって美味しいですね。
付け合わせのザーサイだけは味控えめで、ザーサイ麺にすると良く合います。
麺は粒々が見えるので、全粒粉なのかな。
デザートも2品ついてきて、マンゴープリンとどこかとコラボしてるという甘酒の寒天。
飲み物は最初にジャスミン茶がポットで出されて、ここで紅茶orコーヒー。
紅茶頼んでみたけど、あんまり香らないし、ジャスミン茶の方が美味しかったな。
食べるの早い方だけど、さすがにこの品数だとたっぷり小一時間かかるし、何度も言うけどお酒に合う味付けなので、仕事ない日に来るのが良いなー。
