June 2023 I love mediatheque! In particular, just looking at the stationery shop on the first floor is exciting. Every time I visit, I buy cute notebooks and mustaches, but today I just looked at them. I was thirsty after walking more than 10,000 steps, so I decided to have a drink during lunch! So, I went to this cafe next door. This cafe is run by a Belgian beer importer and only sells Belgian beer. DUVEL, Leffe, and Delirium, which are popular in Belgium, were not on the menu. Is this due to the weak yen? All beers are expensive. Most are over 1,000 yen. After consulting with the staff member, I ordered a white beer. Alcohol content is 4%. In addition to barley, it uses wheat and wheat malt, and is flavored with orange peel, fruit, and coriander, giving it a fruity taste.
